The scope of Dianne’s work covers the whole of the local Citi franchise, including Corporate functions, Institutional Banking and Consumer Banking. She acts as an advisor to the business on all aspects of social media including risk and reputation management, brand promotion, campaign and community engagement. She provides senior executive reporting across all functions and is uniquely positioned within Citi markets to administer social listening capabilities and risk reporting. She is considered an expert in her field having previously developed Social Media strategies for one of Australia’s leading TV networks and having worked across operations, marketing, strategy and communications in prior roles.
